We test it against your surveyors' own findings on past inspections and report which defect types it catches, which it misses and how many false alarms it raises, before it is used on a live project.
How far can we trust a valuation model on unusual properties?
We measure error separately on the unusual cases, not only on average, and set the model to flag the properties it is least sure about for a person to value.
